Specialist provider on risk management solutions and security services PR24 In it’s monthly security breakfast has released a statement on Insecurity, Politics and threat conditions across the country.
Using the popular phrase of a young boy who Sanwo-olu impelled Lagosians to Emulate the PR24 urged Nigerians to ‘Calm Down’
The statement noted that the year 2020 amidst the covid-19 pandemic has seen the increase of insecurity in Northeast part of Nigeria.
It aslo stated that the Easing of lockdown in the country has brought about a surge in kidnappings and killing in the country as seen by the wanted Serial killer ‘Shodipe’ in Oyo state.
It Noted in the Threat forecast that Violent Crimes in the southweat, kidnap For Ransom in The Northwest, Civil Unrest and Armed opposing group in Northeast will continue to surge unless it is resolved indefinitely.
Speaking on Politics: The PR24 noted that the shifting of loyalties, mass defection and counter allegations has resulted into varying levels of instability in the country.
It stated that from all indications Nigeria will experience a high level of electoral violence in the coming elections in The South and the West.
In conclusion the PR24 urged Nigerians to CALM DOWN
