Embattled Ebonyi state Governor Dave umahi has challenged the ruling by justice Enyang Ekwor of an Abuja High court releasing the Governor off his seat as the Governor of the state.

Umahi has responded to the court judgement on Tuesday saying the court has no jurisdiction to remove him as the Governor in Favour of a PDP instituted case.
Umahi say justice Inyang has put the judiciary into trial .
Trouble brews for Umahi who defected from the opposition PDP to join the ruling APC. Umahi has signified interest to run for the number one seat in the land.
