US Democratic candidate, Joe Biden has surpassed Barack Obama’s 2008 popular vote total breaking the record of most votes ever received by a candidate at a US presidential election.
But this huge feat may not count if he doesn’t win key states; Penn. ,Wiscousin or Nevada.
Americans vote today to elect a President for the next four years in the Country.
