Two policemen have been k!lled following a gunmen attack on Abia state investment commissioner’s convoy.

The incident happened on Tuesday, July 25, at Old Express Road by Faulks near Samek Junction at Aba, the commercial nerve centre of Abia State.
The gunmen reportedly attacked the Abia State Commissioner for Trade, Investments, Commerce and Industry, Dr. Chibueze Ukaegbu and killed two mobile policemen in his convoy.
This occurred after a meeting with the leaders of various markets in Aba. Remains of the murdered police officers have been deposited in the mortuary.
The Director of Media to the Deputy Speaker of Abia State was quoted to have said that the remains of the murdered police officers had been deposited in the mortuary.
Meanwhile, a video of the incident seen on Wednesday morning shows a police vehicle on fire while the remains of one of the slain cops were on the ground in a pool of blood.
