Obaseki wasn’t the only one restrained, also the party’s national chairman, Prince Uche Secondus, PDP, Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), chairman of the party screening committee, Kingsley Chinda, other members of the committee, were restrained from allowing any member of the party that have purchased forms to contest the PDP’s primary.
However the case was adjourned for motion on hearing by justice obile to 24th June, 2020.
