The election petition tribunal has given victory to the APC candidate in Kano state and removed the NNPP candidate Abba in its judgement.
it gave the premise based on over voting, and other irregularities during the election
The tribunal says Yusuf Abba is not a duly registered member of NNPP.
The tribunal has now declared APC Candidate Gawuna winner of the Kano state Governorship Election.
