Senate President, Dr. Ahmad Lawan and National Leader of the All Progressive Congress APC and others on Saturday attended the wedding of former Vice President Atiku Abubakar’s son with former EFCC boss, Nuhu Ribadu’s daughter in Abuja.
The wedding ceremony of Aliyu Atiku Abubakar and Fateema Ribadu took place on Saturday in Abuja Asokoro on Saturday.
Also at the wedding are: Chief Bisi Akande, Governor Mai Mala Buni of Yobe State and his Kano and Kaduna counterparts, Abdullahi Ganduje and Nasir El-Rufai respectively.
Expressing his gratitude to all who attended the event, Atiku in a tweet on his verified Twitter handle, @atiku, wrote,
“On behalf of my family, I thank those present and also well-wishers for their prayers at the Wedding Fatiha of my dear son, @HHMustaphaAA and his wife, Afrah El-Nafaty. May Allah bless you all for making it a truly special day for me and my family.”
