Nigerian singer Simi announced via a post on her official Instagram handle that she and her husband, Adekunle Gold, have welcomed a baby girl.
The couple welcomed their baby on Saturday, May 30th, 2020, as confirmed in an Instagram post shared by the excited mother. She also revealed that they have named their baby girl ‘Adejare’.
The “Duduke” crooner announced the birth of the baby on her Instagram page recently with the picture of her husband, Adekunle Gold carrying Baby Adejare.
She wrote:
“It’s like free-falling — this unending, soul snatching, infinite, mind-boggling love. Deja, my baby girl, I got you. I promise. Now and forever. So help me God.”

Please reacall there were reports that the celebrity couple had welcomed their new baby. However the rumor was immediately dispelled by family members who said the singer was yet to give birth.
