Africas Richest Man Alhaji Aliko Dangote has praised the achievements of the Minister of State for Budget and National Planning Prince Clem Agba.
Dangote was speaking at the send off ceremony organised for the minister of state in Lagos today.
The well attended occassion also had in attendance the Minister of Finance, Budget and National Planning Hajiya Zainab Ahmed who also gave glowing tribute to her colleagues discribing him as an asset to the country.
The Edo State (Etsako) born Prince Clem Agba thanked those who were present while recommitting himself to National Service.
