Sad scenes as looters storm “Next Cash & Carry” supermarket located in the Jahi area of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja after it caught fire in the early hours of Sunday, 26, 2021.
The cause of the inferno that razed the entire mall could not be ascertained as of press time.

Control TV News gathered that while battling the ravaging fire, rather than help salvage what was left in the supermarket, looters in large numbers stormed the mall and carted away with many household items such as mattresses, electronics, groceries, expensive wines and the likes.
The Federal Fire Service are currently battling hard to put out the fire.
Several goods valued at billions of naira have been destroyed in the inferno.
