Action Alliance (AA) candidate, in the just concluded Rovers championship election has won the last of local government to be announced.
Uzodinma Nwafor was declared winner of Etche Local Government Area (LGA) of Rivers State.
Chairman of Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission (RSIEC), Justice Adolphus Enebeli (retd.) announced this on Sunday in Port Harcourt, the state capital.
He Enebili announced that AA also won all 19 councillor positions in the local government.
