As the Big Brother Naija Lockdown Show closed off for the year therefore resuscitating the emergence of Laycon as its winner of 85million Naira grand prize, organisations and private individuals has reached out to congratulate him and celebrate his win.
This did not exclude his latest well wisher. the Lagos Internal Revenue Service (LIRS) who did not only shower praises and well wishes to the Reality Star, the Tax Agency also urged him to pay his tax.
The agency tweeted while congratulating the reality TV star born Olamilekan Agbeleshe on Monday saying;
“Congratulations @itsLaycon winner @BBNaija Lockdown edition. More wins!! We look forward to seeing you in Y2021 as you #payyourtax,”

Can you prove that Laycon worked for the 85m ? It's a cash gift for participating in a show BBN is not his occupation. If the 85m cannot be classified as an income, then it is not taxable! You tax income , not gifts !

Laycon, 26, was announced winner of the show on Sunday after 71 days of live entertainment.
The singer got 60 per cent of the total votes cast by viewers to beat fellow finalists – Dorathy, Nengi, Neo and Vee.
Dorathy got 21.85 per cent votes. Nengi had 15.03 per cent votes while Neo and Vee had 1.94 per cent and 1.18 per cent votes respectively.
Laycon got N30 million in cash for winning the show. He will also receive various gifts and incentives valued at N55 million. They include an all-expense-paid trip to Dubai for two, a two-bedroom apartment, a sport utility vehicle from Innoson Motors, a Scanfrost electronic makeover, one year supply of Pepsi Cola, one year supply of Munch It and Indomie noodles and VIP tickets to watch the European Champions League final.
