Just in, men of the Nigeria Police Force engaged protesting commercial motorcyclists (Okada riders) in Itire, Surulere.
According to reports, the Okada riders protested over the seizure of their Motorbikes by the police before the confrontation started.
Police officers reportedly shot at the riders, leaving at least one dead, and others injured as several onlookers scampered for safety as bullets were shot sporadically by the policemen in a bid to avoid being hit by a stray bullet.
