As part of the intensified preparation for the forthcoming presidential primaries of the All Progressives Congress, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, has met with the National Chairman of the party, Senator Abudullahi Adamu and five governors elected on the platform of the party.

The meeting was held after the conclusion of the party’s screening exercise for Presidential aspirants by the John Oyegun-led committee.
Our correspondent could not get the identities of the five governors because of the discreet nature of the meeting which held at the official residence of the Vice President.
There has been tension in the ruling party ahead of the party’s Presidential primaries scheduled June 6-8 in Abuja.
