Former Governor of Edo State, Comrade Adams Oshiomole was captured in a photo as he Knelt down before the traditional Rulers of Benin Kingdom in Edo State.
Adams Oshiomhole, Former National Chairman of the ruling party knelt before the traditional rulers in Benin kingdom as he asked for their pardon For his Negligence in choosing Godwin Obaseki as his successor.
He apologized to the kings for relentlessly striving for the re-election of Governor Obaseki, Without knowing the Governor’s true intentions.
The event took place at the Palace of President of the Enigies, His Royal Highness, Edomwonyi Iduozee Ogiegbean, the Enigie of Egbaen town, in Edo state.
Oshiomhole said:
”I am angry with the present Governor for failing to continue all the ongoing projects and failing to keep to all his campaign promises and instead, he is spending the state’s resources by signing MOUs.
“I apologise for his failure but we are here to correct that error with the 2020 governorship election by bringing a man who understands the workings of the state and a man who has a clear manifesto that will bring the dividend of democracy to Edo people and that man is pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu”
