The Governor of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki has offered automatic employment to Yusuf Aminat, the best graduating student of the Lagos State University (LASU).

Aminat, who studied law, is the first student to graduate with a CGPA of 5.0 in the institution’s 40-year history.
Taking to his twitter handle to announce her employment, he wrote:
“I am honoured to offer our record-setting Miss Yusuf Aminat automatic employment in the state’s public service. To complement our efforts to create the best work environment, we intend to attract and retain the best talent.
“Miss Aminat, we remain proud of you. The world is your oyster!”
Control TV also recalled that Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Lagos governor, had gifted Yusuf N10 million.
