A total of 129 COVID-19 cases were reported in 13 Nigerian States on Wednesday.
A State-by-State breakdown reveals the following; Lagos-46, Ondo-19, Nasarawa-14, Kaduna-11, Borno-9, Bauchi -8, Akwa Ibom-5, FCT-5, Jigawa-4, Plateau-3, Bayelsa-2, Osun-2 and Rivers-1.
The fresh infections take the nation’s confirmed cases to 162,891.
According to the data released by Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), a person died of COVID-19 complications while 161 patients recovered and have been discharged from various isolation centres across the country in the day under review.
So far, Nigeria has recorded 151,648 recoveries and 2,057 deaths.
