Government of Niger State, northern Nigeria, abubakar sani bello says it has received the released Kidnapped students and staff of the Government Science College, Kagara, in the state.
Recall that gunmen had on February 17 stormed the school and whisked away 42 people, including 27 students from the Kagara school.
However, the governor took to his official twitter page to disclose the development.
“Breaking News: The Abducted Students, Staff and Relatives of Government Science Collage Kagara have regained their freedom and have been received by the Niger State Government,” the tweet reads.
