The Nigeria centre for Disease Control NCDC has presented it’s performance in the year 2020 to Senate Committee on primary health in Abuja.
The Agency also made it’s presentation of it’s budgeting for the coming year 2021.
The DG Dr. Chikwe Ihekweazu made this known in a tweet saying the agency has made great progress in its public health duties.

In the meantime the NCDC has reported 212 new cases of coronavirus in the country bringing the total number of cases to 64,728.
Lagos State had the highest number of cases with 71 infections while imo and Plateau states has 26 cases each.
Ondo has 17, Kaduna 14, Rivers and Oyo States both have 9 cases each among other states.
