Big Brother season 5 disqualified Housemate Erica has refused to follow Winner of the Epic Show ‘Laycon’ on Instagram 24 hours after he sent a request.
This gesture However has prompted the rapper to unfollow her [Erica] after the long wait, perhaps he assumed she wasn’t ready for a truce
Laycon made move to extend the olive branch a day after he was announced winner of the show.
Erica was disqualified over what the organizers of the show considered as unruly behaviours after she went on a body-shaming and abusive spree on Laycon and other housemates.
Weeks after she got disqualified, Laycon emerged the winner of the BBNaija show and got rewarded with N85 million.
Erica had earlier stated during an interview with Rhythm 93.7 FM, that she wouldn’t mind if she and the Music Star become friends again, she also wished him well and congratulated him for his win.
Laycon got 60 per cent of the total votes cast by viewers to beat fellow finalists – Dorathy, Nengi, Neo and Vee.
Runner-Up Dorathy got 21.85 per cent votes. Nengi had 15.03 per cent votes while Neo and Vee had 1.94 per cent and 1.18 per cent votes respectively.
Laycon will recieve N30 million in cash for winning the show. He will also receive various gifts and incentives valued at N55 million.
