Daredevil armed rubbers operated unhindered today in Kogi reminiscent of the 2018 experience that happened in the ancient city of Offa in Illorin.
At least 8 persons were shot dead by the fierce looking armed rubbers who operated at First Bank, Isanlu, a community in Kogi State late this evening.
Eyewitnes report says that about 18 of the rubbers stormed the area for the rubbery operation at the bank in a car and a bus, according to information gathered from persons at the scene.
Some Civilians were caught up in the act and lost their lives during the incident.
The Kogi State Police Command while condemning the act said it has already activated it’s investigation team to fish out the culprits whom the police confirmed attacked the police station and the bank simultaneously.
The robbery went on unhindered for about two hours, according to eyewitness accounts.
