The Department of State Services (DSS) on Monday released eight out of the twelve detained persons arrested at the resident of Sunday Adeyemo, also known as Sunday Igboho, early July.
The eight were released to their lawyer, Pelumi Olajengbesi, after the DSS failed to comply with court ruling on the matter.

It was gathered that the aides were released to Olajengbesi following the threat of filing a case of contempt.
The detainees are Abdullateef Onaolapo, Tajudeen Irinloye, Dikeola Ademola, Ayobami Donald, Uthman Adelabu, Olakunle Oluwapelumi, Raji Kazeem, and Taiwo Tajudeen.
The secret police, however, refused to release Amudat Babatunde, Abideen Shittu, Jamiu Oyetunji, and Bamidele Sunday, claiming that they were heavily involved in the alleged offence of arms stockpiling and other criminal activities of their boss, Igboho.
Recall that the DSS arrested 12 persons and paraded them with weapons and other incriminating exhibits following a raid on the resident of Sunday Igboho on July 1, 2021.
