Vice Chancellor of Universities in the country have been directed to inform staff who have not enrolled on the Integrated Personal and Payroll Information System IPPIS to do so.
It has given a November 2020 deadline for the enrolment of the staff; failure of which benefits accrued to them will not be delivered.
In a statement from the Office of the Account General of the Federation AGF and signed by the Director IPPIS Dr. Nsikak Ben, and made available to Control TV, only staff who have not enrolled as a result of study leave with pay or maternal leave on medical grounds will are exempted.
It however says staff that fall into this category have the chance to present themselves now for biometric data capture at the AGF’s office Abuja.
The staff must bring along with them an introductory letter and IPPIS enrollment form duly endorsed by the principal authority of their various institution. Except for this guidelines, such a staff will not be enrolled on the IPPIS integrated system. The statement said.
The letter in its second paragraph further explained that all supporting documents should include evidence of six months salary Bank Statement.
The Office Of The Account General Of The Federation OAGF is asking all University and organisations involved to make clear this directive to it’s staff with a view to getting them enrolled. The biometrics exercise is to take place at the Office Of The Account General Of The Federation OAGF in Abuja.
