A fire incident has occurred at the Lagos Airport Hotel in Ikeja… although no casualty was reported. Thank Goodness..
The incident was confirmed by the public affairs officer of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency(LASEMA), Nosa Okunbor.
Mr. Okunbor said the fire outbreak started from a bus in the parking lounge of the hotel.
The fire was promptly put out by the fire service men as they stopped it from escalating.
The extent of the damage caused by the fire is yet to be ascertained as at the time of filing this report, although a few vehicles were reportedly affected.
