Following the explosion in Iju area of Lagos State on Thursday afternoon the State Emergency Management Agency LASEMA has confirmed that 30 persons were injured while 25 are critical no deaths recorded.
The Director-General of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, Dr Olufemi Damilola Oke-Osanyintolu, confirmed the incident to CONTROL TV saying efforts are being made by his men to put out the resulting fire from the explosion with support from the Lagos State Fire Service, the Nigeria Police Force, and the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps.
