Patrik Schick scored what could be considered as one of the best goals of the tournament as the Czech Republic stunned Scotland by two goals to nil at Hampden Park in Monday’s Euro 2020 fixture.
In front of 9,847 fans – most of them Scots – both sides had chances in their opening Euro 2020 fixture before striker Patrik Schick headed the Czechs in front three minutes before the interval.

Schick doubled that lead in the 52nd minute with a sensational effort from just over the halfway line which beat keeper David Marshall.
Scotland will now attempt to get its first point in an international tournament for the first time since 1998 on Friday when it takes on England at Wembley Stadium in Home Nations clash. The Czechs will look to make it two straight wins when they play Croatia, also on Friday.
England opened up Group C action on Sunday with a 1-0 win over Croatia on a goal from Raheem Sterling.
