Candidate of the PDP in the Edo Governorship Race Governor Godwin Obaseki has won the September 19, 2020 Governorship election in a landslide.
The Final results was announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC I the State Capital Benin City.
The Final results announced by the electoral umpire show that result of the Candidate of the PDP Godwin Obaseki 307,955 votes. while the candidate of the APC Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu had 223,619 votes in the keen contest.
This final announcement brings to an end the Governorship elections in Edo State.
