The DSS filed the suit dated August 31, 2021, through its lawyer, S.M. Bello at the Federal High Court in Abuja.
In suit no FHC/ABJ/CR/305/2021, the security agency alleged that Oyetunji was in possession of firearms for terrorism-related activities.
The DSS also alleged that Babatunde promoted terroristic acts through her Facebook account.
Recall that the DSS had freed 10 of the 12 aides of Igboho after spending over 60 days in detention.
They were arrested on July 1 during an invasion of the home of their leader, Igboho, in Soka, Ibadan.
