The Nigeria centre for disease control NCDC has reported 601 new cases of the Coronavirus in the country bringing the total number of cases to 51,905.
The Agency made this known in its daily tweets saying that Lagos State recorded the highest number of cases with 404 cases while the FCT reported 37 cases.
Other States with reported cases of covid-19 include Oyo 19, Info 14, Abia, Enugu, Kaduna all with 13 cases each, Edo, Kano 12 cases each. Kwara 11, Ebonyi 10, Nasarawa has 7 cases among others.
The number of discharged cases of the total of 51,905 is 38,767 who the death figure is 997.
