COVID-19 Pandemic Update: NCDC Reports 288 Cases Totalling 5,445.

The Nigeria centre for disease Control NCDC has reported 288 new cases of the coronavirus in the country bringing the total number of cases to 5,445

The agency made this known in a tweet today saying Lagos state has the highest number of cases with 178 cases, Kaduna with a distant 20 cases while Katsina and Jigawa have 15 cases each. Borno has 13 cases while Ogun state recorded 11 and Kano 8 cases among others.

The NCDC also put the number of discharged cases at 1320 while the death figure is 171.
