Former Speaker of the House of Representatives Yakubu Dogara has advised residents of Bogoro, Dass, and Tafawa Balewa to abide by the guidelines set by the NCDC as a means to quickly contain the spread of the coronavirus so they can get back to their normal lifestyle again.
RT. Hon. Dogara said the gesture is a Ramadan Relief as Muslims in his constituency and indeed Bauchi observe the act of the Holy Month.
While making the donation in Bauchi the State Capital the former Speaker
Said it is important the items donated get to the poor and vulnerable in the federal constituency.

A 24 members distribution committee has been activated to distribute the items which includes: 3000 bags of Rice,
3000 bags of Maize flour, 600 cartons of Spaghetti and 100 bags of Sugar.
The COVID-19 Relief items were received by the former member Bauchi State House of Assembly
representing lere/Bula Hon. Aminu Tukur who promised to distribute the items in line with the set objectives.
