Nigeria’s COVID-19 cases have reached a higher number of 150,246 cases on Thursday, February 18.
Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) in its daily record update showed that the infection has a record of 877 new cases.
The data released by NCDC shows that Lagos had 273 new cases, while Kwara recorded 87 and Rivers State 58.

Akwa Ibom and Ebonyi shared the same record of 47 news cases, Edo and Ogun 46, Abia, Imo and Kano 34.
Meanwhile, Oyo had a record of 26, Osun 22, Gombe 20, Ekiti 19, Cross River and FCT 15, Plateau 11 Enugu 9.
Others include Kebbi 8, Borno 7, Niger 6, Bayelsa 5, Nasarawa 4, Kwara 2, Katsina and Sokoto 1.
In the record made available, 16 deaths were recorded, leaving the number of deceased at 1803.
Stating the numbers of discharged, the unit said, “Our discharges today include 275 community recoveries in Lagos State and 91 community recoveries in Kwara State managed in line with guidelines.”
