The Lagos state Government has discharged 5 COVID-19 cases from its isolation facility in Yaba.
The Lagos state authorities made the announcement earlier today shortly after the Minister for Health Osagie Ehanire mentioned another fatality over the weekend bringing the number of deaths from COVID-19 in Nigeria to 2.
Multiple test were conducted on the cases before the final discharge and setting free the 5 patients.
Meanwhile the Lagos state government has set up another Isolation centre at the onikan stadium in the state..
The facility has a capacity of more than 120 beds for care of covid 19 patients.
