In a bid to curtail the high level of Insecurity in the country, Onitsha Communities has taken their destinies into their own hands by endorsing a new security outfit to futher assist the security personnel in the fight against banditry and Insecurity.
According to a Twitter user @nnamdianana_ who shared the information on his handle, this move was necessary in order to stem the tide of insecurity in Onitsha community.

In his post, he wrote:
“To stem the tide of insecurity in Onitsha, community leaders float Onicha-Ado security network.
Following the insecurity in Anambra State especially Onitsha and it’s environs, communities in Onitsha just floated the Onicha Ado Vigilante Network to fight criminals.”
This is coming on the heels of Incessant killings by Hoodlums (Unknown gunmen) that has been on the rise in the State For a while now
