CBN, State Govt. Parastatal: Alleged Hacking Of Staff Data Base, Emails & Password Appear Online… Adote

A cyber security expert Mr. Rock Adote has warned if massive hacks currently ongoing in Nigerias Apex Bank and other State Government Agencies.

In a chat with Control TV Mr. Adote who is Director, Technology International Electronics Services Limited revealed damning discoveries withing the Nigerian cyber space. He said:

Some hours ago the database of some state and local governments public-facing systems was just dumped online on paste bin.

He also said another state public-facing system has been taken down.

He has also alerted saying:

If you know anyone working in Central bank I.T. Kindly advise them to “Force” password change for all staffs. Senior, Mid-level or Junior. Saying; The entire username and emails of all CBN Staff has been dumped.
