President Muhammadu Buhari on staurday 28 May, 2020 has approved the Reconstitution of the Board of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation [NNPC].
Following the expiration of the term of the board members appointed back in 2016, A new announcement was made for the reconstitution of the Board.
The announcement of the reform was contained in a statement signed by the Special Adviser to the president; Media and Publicity Mr. Femi Adesina.
In conformity to the statement, The new board consists of Mohammed Lawal, (North West) Tajudeen Unar (North East), Adamu Mahmood Attah (North Central), Senator magnus Abe (South-South ), Dr Stephen Dike (South East) and Chief Pius Akinyelure (South West).
This new board Term would last Three (3) years.
