The Senator representing Lagos East, Adebayo Sikiru Osinowo, popularly known as Pepperito, is dead.
Oshinowo died on Monday at First Cardiologist Hospital, Lagos after a brief illness
Oshinowo was a four-time lawmaker at the Lagos State House of Assembly. In 2019, he was elected Senator under the platform of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
Osinowo studied Building Technology at the lnstituto per Geometri, Rome, Italy He obtained his master’s degree at Urbanina University, Rome, Italy, where he specialised in Building Technology.
Osinowo according to reports died on Monday at the age of 65 of COVID-19 complications.
