The Federal High Court in Lagos few minutes ago has convicted a former governor of Abia State, Orji Uzor Kalu, who was charged with N7.61bn fraud.
Lawyers are already questioning the validity of his position in the Senate as a Principal Officer on wether he will resign or not while appealing his conviction.
