Top Mali Military Officer’s have detained President Ibrahim Boubacar Keita and Prime Minister Boubou Cisse on Tuesday.
One of the top Millitary officials who requested anonymity told AFP…
“We can tell you that the president and the prime minister are under our control,”
He added that the pair had been “arrested” at Keita’s residence in the Malian capital Bamako.
Another military official, who pleaded anonimity, said the President and Prime Minister were in an armoured vehicle en route to Kati.
Ex President of Nigeria Goodluck Jonathan and Current President Buhari had earlier held a meeting on the crisis engulfing the West African Nation.
