The Lagos State government has said that schools across the state will remain shut until further notice.
This was issued in a statement by Commissioner for Information and Strategy Gbenga Omotosho on 25th October.
‘The curfew in Lagos State has been reviewed. Restriction time is now 8 pm to 6 am….. Meaning that Lagosians can move from 6am to 8pm in the evening … Public schools remain shut till further notice’, the Commissioner said.
Governor Sanwo-Olu had on Monday, October 19, 2020, announced a total closure of all schools in the state following violent acts and destruction of properties witnessed in the state by thugs disguising as #EndSars protesters.
