A former Director-General (DG) of the National Space Research and Development Agency (NARSDA), Prof. Seidu Muhammed Ogar, is dead.

Control TV learnt that Prof. Ogar died in Abuja in the early hours of Monday.
“It is with the deepest sadness that we announce the passing of Prof Seidu Mohammed Onailo, our former Director-General, National Space Research and Development Agency, NARSDA which occurred on August 8, 2022, at Nisa Premier Hospital in Abuja,” a statement from the agency reads.
He was until his death an active politician who hailed from Omala Local Government Area (LGA) of Kogi state and prominent member of the All Progressive Congress.
