In a surprising turn of events, the faction of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Rivers State led by Chief Victor Giadom and associated with former Governor Rotimi Amaechi, has paid a surprise visit to the office of Honourable Minister of FCT Nyesom Wike in Abuja.
