The Campaign drive for the All Progressive Congress [APC] Gubernatorial Candidate for the impending Edo state Election has proceeded at the Capital of the state.
Top Political Figures and Notable also attended the flag off of Ize-iyamu as Former Governor of Rivers, Rotimi Amaechi, Governor Of Kano state, Nasiru El-Rufai, Former Governor Of Edo, Adams Oshiomole, Caretaker Chairman Of the All Progressive Congress, And Also Governor Of Yobe state, Mallam Mai Buni and Governor of Lagos state, Babajide Sanwo-Olu were all present at the flag-off.
Pastor Ize-iyamu, yesterday at the state house received the blessings and endorsement of President Muhammadu Buahri Who also Urged him to avoid pitfalls that affected the party’s victory In rivers, Zamfara and Bayelsa.
Ize-Iyamu who was a flag bearer for the Gubernatorial election on the platform of the People Democratic Party in 2016 also asked for the president forgiveness stating that his initial act was that of a prodigal son.
Now been a candidate of the Edo Governorship election On APC platform Ize-iyamu has been supported heavily by the party.
