President Muhammadu Buhari will depart Abuja the nation’s capital Today for Aswan in Egypt.
The President is expected to attend a forum designed to set “an agenda for sustainable peace and development in Africa.” while preferring home grown African Solutions through strengthening policies and practice.
The initiative pioneered by the Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi; who is also the chairman of the African Union (AU) and an advocate of post-conflict reconstruction and development in Africa, will see the participation of African leaders including heads of Government, international organizations, financial institutions, the private sector among others.
The President’s entourage includes the NSA, NIA, Minister of Defence, governors of Edo, Adamawa, and Yobe.
