The Nigeria centre for disease control NCDC has reported 587 New cases of the Coronavirus in the country bringing the total number of cases to 17,735.
The Agency made this known in its daily tweet, saying that Lagos State has the highest number with 155 cases of Covid-19.
Edo state had 75 cases while the fct had had 67 cases Rivers State has 65 and Oyo state has 56 cases of Corona virus.
Other States including Delta with 50 cases, Bayelsa with 25 cases, Plateau 18 cases, Kaduna 18 cases, Enugu 17 cases, Borno has 12 cases, while Ogun state has 12 cases, Ondo has 7 cases, Kwara 4, and Kano 2, cases among other States.
469 deaths have so far been recorded as a result of the pandemic while the total number of cases discharged stands at 5967.
