A three-man panel of the Court of Appeal has upheld the suspension of Adams Oshiomhole as National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Mohammed Lamido, the presiding judge delivered the judgement on Tuesday after the three-man panel dismissed Oshiomhole’s appeal citing a lack of merit.
The panel’s action follows the decision of an FCT High court in March 2020. The court at the time had ordered the suspension of Oshiomhole as APC’s National Chairman.
Many believe this may not be unconnected to the event of the past 3 days that saw the technical sacking of Obaseki as the governor of Edo state.
