A Federal High Court in Benin has ordered the All Progressive Congress to stop its planned primary election in Edo State ahead of the September governorship election.
In a judgement on Monday, the court restrained the ruling APC and its National Chairman, Adams Oshiomhole, from conducting the election pending the determination of the suit on June 11, 2020.
