Rivers state governor, Siminalayi Fubara, his counterparts in Abia and Imo states, Alex Otti and Hope Uzodimma are rounding up in Akwa Ibom State after the burial of Patience Umo Eno, the wife of Governor Umo Eno.
In attendance are former president Goodluck Jonathan, the acting national chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Umar Damagum, and the President of the Senate, Godswill Akpabio.
The ceremony, which is rounding up at Ikot Ekpene Udo in Nsit Ubium Local Government Area of the state attracted a large gathering of dignitaries, several other politicians, and well-wishers.
Patience Eno passed away on September 26, 2024, after a brief illness.
It is understood that President Bola Tinubu, who is in France for a state visit, was represented by Vice President Kashim Shettima.
