Nine people have been Killed and scores injured in the recent attack in Agwala village at Tudun Wadan Doka District of Kajuru Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
Sources say the attack stated at about 5:30am today just before dawn when Most of the civilians were asleep. Nine people were reported to have been killed including women and children.
Eyewitness report claims that those who sustained injuries were moved to an undisclosed hospital for treatment.
“We have three children and two women, and there are four adult men, all killed by people suspected to be herdsmen.
“Nine people were killed in total,” he said. “The attackers sneaked into the village early in the morning while people were asleep and attacked them with machetes.
Most of the victims had machete wounds on the head and other parts of their bodies,”
Killings in Kaduna has now become a frequent occurrence as Control Tv recall a similar incidents That occurred at Gonar Rogo and Unguwar Arha communities in Kajuru area of Kaduna State on May 12 and 13, 2020 by unknown gunmen, which led to the killing of 27 persons in reprisal attacks.
