The premier league clubs are set to play friendlies after being given go ahead by FA with strict guidelines and restrictions before its the restart on 17 June.
The premier league Top clubs has made appeals to face other teams in preparation for the league resumption which was accepted by the premier league council.
Friendlies can be played at either stadiums or training grounds.
However the premier league has outlined a number of conditions such as negative Covid-19 test being returned by players involved, also measures have also been put in place to ensure better hygiene and social distancing are followed.
some of the guidelines and conditions given by the premier league includes;
1. Clubs being forbidden from traveling for further than 90 minutes, though teams like Newcastle will be granted special dispensation if they have to travel further.
2. All players must travel in their own cars, possibly in their kits.
3. No official referees will be allowed, with members of coaching staff taking charge.
4. Full risk-assessments of the stadium/training ground before games.
